Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, email support@fieldkrate.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Email support@fieldkrate.com with a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong or missing items If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us immediately at support@fieldkrate.com and we will make it right at no extra cost.
