Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders below $35 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.

International Shipping At this time, FieldKrate ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Australia only.
